You bring your own. nybld never makes the artwork. Finished artwork uploads as single files or a ZIP, in PNG, JPG, WEBP or HEIC. For new work, the prompt assistant writes up to ten prompts at a time from your creative direction.

No. Prompts work in Midjourney (recommended) and ChatGPT. Multiple prompt blocks only work in Midjourney; for ChatGPT, create prompts one at a time. Artwork made anywhere uploads the same way.

Every feature, on one plan billed monthly or yearly: 100 free credits a month, unlimited prompt generation under fair use, the 170+ mockup library, custom mockups made in nybld, print files, listing copy, gallery wall listings, print-on-demand listings and publishing to Etsy, Shopify and Gelato. Members can also top up credits and order a turnkey Shopify store.

Three things use credits: building an artwork into a finished listing, with its print files, mockups and listing copy, for one credit; creating a custom mockup, for two; and creating a gallery wall listing, however many pieces it holds, for one. Credits are returned if the upscale or mockup they paid for fails. Everything else is free, including prompts, arranging mockups, Photoshop mockup uploads, editing and sending. The membership includes 100 free credits a month, and top-ups start at 50 credits.

The 100 free credits renew each month and do not roll over. Purchased credits never expire, and stay on your account if the membership ends.

They stay yours. Listings sent to Etsy or Shopify stay in your shop, and the buyer's files stay in your Google Drive. A membership is cancelled online, any time, from your nybld.com customer account, and runs to the end of the period already paid for. The refund policy has the full terms.

Every artwork becomes an 84-megapixel master, and the print files are cut from it at 300 DPI, in RGB with the colour profile embedded. Intelligent cropping holds every crop on the subject, not the centre. Portrait: 2:3, 3:4, 4:5, 5:7, 11:14 and ISO A-series. Landscape: 3:2, 4:3, 5:4, 14:11 and ISO A-series. Square: 1:1. A triptych gets a 125-megapixel master, cut into three 4:5 panels.

Up to 50 artworks per upload, as single files or a ZIP. They build ten at a time, with the rest queued behind them.

Yes. A Photoshop mockup with one smart object uploads free, and gallery wall mockups with two to nine frames upload the same way. New mockups are made in nybld, for two credits, from your choice of interior style, colour palette and space. Every placement saves to your library for reuse, so no two shops need look alike.

Yes. Every mockup in the 170+ library is nybld's own work, licensed for commercial use in your listings.

One listing that sells two to nine artworks as a set, shown together in up to ten multi-frame mockups. nybld writes the set its own title, description and tags, and gathers every piece's print files into one download folder. It uses one credit, however many pieces it holds. A triptych, one wide artwork in three panels, sells the same way.

Written from the artwork itself: a title, a three-paragraph description, 13 tags and alt text for every listing image, all within Etsy's limits, with separate tags for Shopify. Every field stays editable, in the studio and in each listing manager, before anything is sent.

Etsy and Shopify, for digital downloads and gallery wall listings, and Gelato, for print-on-demand products sold through either. Every connection runs on your own account.

No. Every listing arrives in your Etsy shop or Shopify store as a draft, ready to review and publish.

Only when you ask it to. nybld changes a listing only when you send it, or edit it in the Listing Manager and press Update on Etsy. It has no permission to delete a listing, and it does not read your orders, your customers or your messages.

On Etsy, the print files attach to the listing when they fit Etsy's limit of five files at 20MB each. Larger sets are delivered from a folder in your Google Drive, through a custom branded one-page PDF carrying your shop name and the download link. On Shopify, every download is a link to a folder in your Google Drive, attached to the product and sent in the order confirmation email (requires one-time setup).

Any product saved as a template in your own Gelato account, such as posters, framed posters or canvas. nybld creates each product from your artwork, Gelato publishes it to your Etsy shop or Shopify store, and nybld finishes the listing with the artwork's title, description, tags and mockups. Gelato prints and ships each order and bills production to your Gelato account.

nybld builds a Shopify store on your catalogue in one of five designs, each in four palettes, loads your products and hands the store over to you. It is for members, and 100 credits are added to your account when Shopify confirms the handover. Shopify's own plan fees are paid to Shopify.
